Thanksgiving: TBI in the starting blocks

As Thanksgiving holidays approach quickly, our teams are getting ready across the country to welcome millions of passengers. Thanksgiving is traditionally the busiest weekend of the year for the national aviation system, and 2025 should not be exception! Our forecast shows that several million passengers are expected to travel through TBI network.
From operations to customer service, as well as utilities, TBI is all hands-on deck to accommodate this busy travel period! We reviewed all our passenger flow processes and installed additional queuing capacity at key checkpoints. Some of our administrative staff have been specifically trained to help our customers find their way through our airports.
As always, TBI is committed to delivering our airports partners with the best service on the industry, and Thanksgiving will be a perfect opportunity to show our agents’ professionalism and attention to passengers, once again.
