For almost 10 years, TBI is in charge of operating Atlantic City International Airport. TBI expertise in airfield maintenance and terminal management allowed the airport to handle a million passengers in 2024. About 50 miles east of Philadelphia, the airport mainly attracts low-cost carriers with direct services to southern destinations such as Florida or South Carolina. TBI also manages snow removal operations, airport security badging and emergency response.
Atlantic City International Airport hosts a wide variety of traffic, from commercial aviation to military aircraft and general aviation. TBI expertise in airport management allows us to provide the South Jersey Transportation Authority and passengers with a high quality of service. TBI staff exceptional adaptation skills allow us to handle a high number of unscheduled operations while maintaining the airfield to the best federal safety standards. Atlantic City Airport is also home of the FAA Technical Center for national aviation R&D, allowing TBI to stay up to the most modern and efficient innovations in the industry. Amid the airport modernization pushed by TBI, we implemented innovative pieces of software into daily operations, making this asset one of the most efficient of our network. We are currently deploying a brand new safety management system.
