Maxilian Kalis is the President & CEO of TBI Airport Management Inc., a subsidiary of VINCI Airports based in Atlanta. A Franco-German executive, he brings nearly twenty years of international experience in infrastructure and concessions.

Before joining TBI, he held strategic positions at VINCI Highways, VINCI Airports, Fraport AG, Munich Re, and AccorInvest, developing recognized expertise in international development, asset management, and strategic investments.

A graduate of the University of Konstanz with an Executive Education program at HEC Paris, Maxilian combines academic rigor with hands-on experience.

Since taking the helm at TBI, he has been applying his leadership and strategic vision to strengthen operational excellence, foster innovation, and drive international growth. With his deep knowledge of the airport sector, he supports TBI’s teams and partners in executing ambitious projects, enhancing airport performance, and creating sustainable value for all stakeholders.
