And the Exceptional Customer Experience Awards goes to…

Once again, TBI AM’s commitment to passenger service has been awarded. We are excited to share that our Spanish interpreter Vilma Menendez has received the ATL WOW Award at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in the Exceptional Customer Experience category. Vilma went above and beyond her duties by assisting a Spanish-speaking passenger. The traveler needed help communicating in English, was hungry, and required support with his travel plans. She took the initiative to personally assist him, by buying him food and ensuring he felt cared for throughout his journey to Mexico.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to our Duty Manager, Vania Silva, who supported Vilma’s initiative.  Teamwork played an important role in ensuring the passenger received the care and assistance he needed. Their collaboration truly reflects the spirit of compassion and teamwork we value at TBI AM.
