This month, the TBI Airport Management Inc. team proudly welcomed Etihad’s inaugural flight at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. In the weeks leading up to the launch, our team collaborated closely with Etihad and the City of Atlanta’s Department of Aviation to ensure a seamless, world-class experience for passengers – reinforcing ATL’s reputation as the world’s busiest and most efficient airport.

Flights will operate four times a week with an A350-1000 as:

• EY13: Departing from Abu Dhabi at 9:20am and landing at ATL at 4:20pm

• EY14: Departing from ATL at 10:00pm and landing at Abu Dhabi at 7:30pm

Etihad passengers will enjoy the convenience of our pre-clearance process, allowing them to clear customs before departure and avoid lengthy, stressful wait times. To support this new flight, we expanded the capacity of our pre-clearance baggage claim system, deployed Arabic interpreters throughout the terminal, and proactively addressed the unique challenges associated with the service to ensure a safe and efficient experience.

Etihad has already announced plans to increase their service to daily flights for the upcoming winter season!
